This space unlocks when your Progress Tracker shows the work is landing — 5 entries scored 5 or above, or simply 7 days of returning to the tracker. Everything before this moment was understanding your cage. This is where you build what you're walking toward.
Score 5 or above means the cage is shifting. 5 entries there unlocks immediately. Or keep returning and it opens automatically after a week. Use the Progress Tracker as you read and your scores will build this signal automatically.
Take the Freedom Assessment →Choose the domains you want to focus on. You can start with one and come back for others — there's no rush and no wrong answer.
Six domains. Your vision in each one. A goal. Steps. A way to mark the steps as you take them. That's the whole thing — but here is how each piece works.
This is where you build what you are walking toward — once the cage work has started loosening. The Freedom Assessment names what is holding you. The book and workbook do the dismantling. This space is for the building.
It is deliberately not a vision board you open before the work. The most common reason vision boards fail is that they are built on top of an uninterrogated belief. Yours opens after you have logged five chapter entries scoring five or above — so what you envision here can come from a freer self, not from inside the cage.
The six domains are the areas of life most belief-shaped: Money & Abundance, Body & Self-Image, Relationships, Career & Ambition, Identity & Belonging, and Purpose & Meaning.
You don't have to use all six. Start with one. Or pick two or three that feel most alive right now. Add more later when you are ready — there is an + Add domain button at the top of the board.
Each domain has its own pattern colour and its own quiet personality. The board treats each one separately so the work in one area doesn't bleed into another.
This is the most common place people stall on this board — and it is worth saying plainly that it is not avoidance. You can do all the cage work and still genuinely not know what you are pointing at.
The distinction that helps: potential is what you are capable of — and clearing the beliefs is what gives it back to you. Purpose is what you are for. Potential without purpose is an engine without a road. It runs, but it does not take you anywhere in particular.
Chapter 19 of the book offers four routes in, because one framework does not suit everyone and the signal is often faint rather than loud:
Take whichever one you can actually feel. Then write what surfaces into the Purpose & Meaning domain as a direction rather than a destination. A heading is enough to start a board with. It sharpens by being walked, not by being decided.
Tap any domain card to set it up. You'll be asked for four things:
A goal is the destination. A milestone is a step on the way to it.
Goal: Move into work that uses what I am actually good at, within twelve months.
Milestones: Name three roles that interest me · Talk to one person already doing each · Update my CV · Apply to one role I would normally talk myself out of.
You can always go back and edit either. The board is a living document, not a contract.
Once you have saved your vision, goal and milestones for a domain, the view switches to a timeline with a Mark Complete button next to each step. Tap it when you have done the thing.
The system records the date, ticks the step, and shows you a small celebration — something quiet, something true. The Overall Progress bar at the top of the board updates automatically.
If you need to undo a tick, edit the domain (click the title) and toggle the step off.
Your dominant belief pattern from the Freedom Assessment appears as a gold pill at the top of the board. It's there because the pattern shapes how each domain shows up for you — Fear of Being Seen will make career milestones quiet, Worthiness Gap will make money milestones modest, and so on.
You don't need to do anything with the pattern here. It's a reminder, not an instruction. The board still works the same regardless of which one yours is.
Yes. Click ⬡ Export PDF in the top row. The export captures every active domain — vision, goal, image, milestones with their done/not-done state — into a single shareable PDF.
The format is designed to be printable. Some people frame it. Some keep it as a phone screenshot they look at on hard days. Both work.
Yes — your board saves automatically as you work, tied to your sign-in email. Sign in from any device and your board is there. The small "saved ✓" indicator near the top-right confirms a sync has gone through.
If you remove a domain from the board, the data is kept in the background. Add the domain back and your vision, goal and milestones come back with it.
There is no required cadence — but the people who get the most from this space tend to:
You are not behind if you haven't touched it in a month. You are also not ahead if you have. The board is for use, not performance.
Edit it. The whole point of this work is that you become someone whose visions update — because you are no longer envisioning from inside the cage. A vision you wrote six months ago may look small to you now. That is a good problem.
Click the domain title to open the setup form again. Your previous text is editable.
