The dashboard belongs to the team's manager. Tell us their name and email so the kit you forward names them correctly — and so they can claim ownership later if they want to revisit it.

As the buyer, you can choose to see the dashboard once results are in — the same view team members get when their manager releases it. The Manager's personal advice section stays private to them either way.

Two more things to mention when you forward the link:

  • Ask them to take the Freedom Assessment first if they haven't — the link page recommends this, but it lands better coming from you.
  • Ask them to enter their first and last name when joining (or first name + surname initial), so the dashboard tells apart anyone sharing a first name.
