BUYBACK · PERSONAL ASSET RECOVERY · SESSION INITIATED

THE
BUYBACK

Personal asset recovery · Private session

Things were taken from you. Some by people. Some by circumstance. Some by the version of you that didn't know better yet. This is the formal process of getting them back.

Not therapy. Not journaling. A structured accounting of what you lost, what you want back, and what you are willing to commit to reclaim it. Three acts. One binding agreement with yourself.

01
The Ledger
Name every loss. Assign impact.
02
The Auction

01
THE LEDGER
Asset inventory · Losses recorded

Everything you lost goes in here. Your voice. Your confidence. Your ambition. Your body. Your identity before someone needed you to be something else. Your belief that you were capable. Name it specifically — not "confidence" but the version of confidence you had before a specific thing happened.

THE AUCTION
Asset recovery · Commit to reclaim

You have 100 commitment units. Distribute them across your losses. What you bid highest on is what you are most serious about reclaiming. You cannot buy everything back at once — the scarcity is the point.

BUYBACK AGREEMENT
Personal Asset Recovery · Binding Self-Contract

Clause I — The Parties

This agreement is entered into between [your name], hereafter referred to as "the Buyer", and the version of [your name] that gave these things away or allowed them to be taken — hereafter referred to as "the Past". The Buyer hereby formally reclaims the following assets:

Clause II — The Terms of Reclamation

The Buyer acknowledges that reclamation is not instantaneous. The following 30-day mandate constitutes the first instalment of this agreement. Completion of each week advances the reclamation process.

Clause III — The Acknowledgement

These losses were real. The cost was real. The reclamation is real. What was taken can be rebuilt. What was given away can be reclaimed. The Buyer enters this agreement with full knowledge of what is being committed to — and no illusion that it will be easy.

Clause IV — The Non-Negotiable

The Evidence File

The Evidence File is a personal record of real experiences, moments, and outcomes that directly disprove the negative beliefs you hold about yourself. Not affirmations — evidence. Things that actually happened. Your inner critic ignores them. You are putting them on record.

Did anything in this session give you evidence that contradicts your inner critic's case against you? Name it here — even one sentence counts.
