The All-In · A truth card game

THE
ALL-IN

2–6 players · Private card room

In poker, you win by having the strongest hand. In this game, you win by going deepest. The cards don't know you. The people at the table do. That's the risk.

🪑
The hot seat
One player answers a truth card aloud. The seat rotates each hand.
👁
The table pushes
Everyone else can push them to a deeper card — or let it land.
🏆
Courage takes the pot
Go as deep as the table dares and the pot is yours. Protect yourself, and the pushers take it.
How a hand works
1One player takes the hot seat. A truth card is drawn for them. They read it and answer it out loud, then tap I've answered →
2The table responds. Each other player taps Push deeper (+10) to dare them further — 10 chips into the pot — or Let it land to accept the answer.
3If pushed, the hot seat chooses. Go deeper → draws a deeper card (Surface → Real → Raw) and they answer again — or Protect myself to stop there.
4Who takes the pot. Go as deep as the table dares (or they let it land) and the hot-seat player wins the pot. Fold instead, and the players who pushed take it.
5The seat rotates. A new player answers next hand. Play as many as you like, then End game for the final standings.

It's a conversation game — the real game happens out loud; the screen only keeps the turns and the stakes. Surface = warm-up · Real = it costs something · Raw = the deepest level.

Setting up the hand…

Game over.

The pot has been won. The truth has been told — or protected. Here is how everyone finished.

If the game opened something

The things that came up at the table — the questions people folded on, the ones they went all-in for — are the live wires. Who Told You That? has the tools to work with them outside the card room.
