How it works

Same patterns. A different lens.

Choose Forward Together brings the work you've been doing alone into the relationships that matter most — and it works the same way for couples, circles, and families.

1

Start with the Freedom Assessment

Each of these quizzes layers a group lens over the individual belief pattern you already know about yourself. So before you take any of them, you need your individual Freedom Assessment result — your top patterns and top life domains.

If you haven't taken the Freedom Assessment yet, it's free and takes five minutes. If you already have an account, your result is already on file — we'll pre-fill it for you.

Why this matters
The Couple's Mirror, Circle Insight, and Family Mirror don't replace the Freedom Assessment — they build on top of it. The divergence between who you are as an individual and who you become in a relationship is where the real insight lives.
2

Choose your quiz

Pick the right lens for the relationship you want to look at:

Couple's Mirror
For two people in a romantic partnership. £22 one-time.
Circle Insight
For friendship groups of 3–10 people. £4/person.
Family Mirror
For families — parent-child, sibling, blended, or multigenerational.

If you ordered the book from this website (First 100 or otherwise), you have these unlocked for 3 months — no payment needed. Sign in before you start and we'll auto-detect it.

3

Take your portion of the quiz

You'll answer the questions on your own first — honestly, as the version of yourself you become inside this specific relationship. It takes about 8–12 minutes.

Your answers are private. The person or people you invite never see what you wrote. They only see the patterns that emerged when both of your results are placed side by side.

4

Get your share code

The moment you finish your portion, the platform generates a six-character share code — something like A7K2QP. This is what you send to your partner, your circle, or your family members.

They visit the platform, enter the code, and complete their own portion. The dashboard unlocks the moment everyone has finished.

A note on consent
Send the code only to the people whose relationship you're exploring. Don't pressure anyone to participate — and let them know what the quiz is for before you share the code. The insight is only meaningful when both people came in willingly.
5

Explore the dashboard together

Once everyone has finished, you'll see the comparison: where your patterns overlap, where they diverge, and the specific dynamic that emerges between you. It is information to sit with — something to start a conversation, not a verdict on anyone.

Your dashboard is permanent. You can return to it any time, and you can re-do the quiz together months later to see what's shifted.

Questions readers ask

If something here doesn't answer yours, email hello@chooseforward.life.

Yes — or rather, you'll need your individual top patterns and domains before the group quiz can land properly. The whole point of these tools is to compare your individual pattern against the relational pattern that emerges in a specific dynamic.

If you haven't taken it yet, the platform offers you a 5-minute version right at the start. If you've taken it before, your result is on file — and if you're signed in, we'll just pull it for you.

No. The person who buys the quiz creates the group; everyone else just needs the share code. They don't need to have read the book, taken the Freedom Assessment, or have any kind of account. They take their portion as guests.

That said — the insight tends to deepen if they've at least heard of belief patterns before. Many people share the free Freedom Assessment with their group before sending the code, so everyone has the same vocabulary going in.

It's how the platform links separate answers into one group result. When you finish your portion, you get a code. Anyone you send it to can enter it on the homepage, complete their own portion, and their results are stitched into your group's dashboard.

Codes are tied to your specific group — they don't unlock the product as a whole, just that one shared session.

Your individual answers are private. What everyone sees on the dashboard is the aggregate patterns — the dynamics that emerge when both sets of answers are read together. Nobody sees the raw "they picked B on question 7" data.

If you want to talk through specifics with your partner, that's your choice — but the platform doesn't expose them.

Your group dashboard is permanent — once you and your group have completed your portions, the comparison stays on your account for as long as your account exists.

If you came in via the First 100 free unlock (or via a book purchase), the 3-month window applies to creating new groups. Existing dashboards aren't affected by the window expiring.

The dashboard waits. You'll see a "Still waiting on…" screen with their name, and the moment they complete their portion, the full dashboard unlocks.

If someone has had the code for a while and hasn't done it, gentle reminder is fine — but please don't pressure. The work doesn't land if people are pushed into it.

Yes — you can either revisit your existing dashboard, or create a new group with the same people for a fresh round. People do this 6–12 months apart and find the comparison really useful.

Note: a new round counts as a new group — so if you're outside the First 100 free window, that's a fresh £22.

No. Choose Forward Together is a self-guided reflection tool — designed for people who are broadly well and want to understand the patterns operating in a specific relationship. It is not a substitute for couples therapy, family counselling, or any form of clinical support.

If your relationship is in serious difficulty, please reach out to a qualified professional. This tool can be a useful companion to that work, but not a replacement for it.
